Submit a Data Subject Request (DSR)
If you are a merchant or an individual whose data may be processed in connection with a merchant’s store, you can request access, deletion, or correction of personal data as applicable under your regional law.
- Email legal@webgarh.co.in with the subject “DSR Request”.
- Include: full name, contact email, your role (merchant / shopper), store URL (if applicable), type of request (access/correction/deletion/portability), and any relevant identifiers (order ID, email used at checkout, etc.).
- We may request additional information solely to verify your identity and locate records.
Note: For shopper requests tied to a specific Shopify store, we act as processor/service provider. We will notify and coordinate with the merchant (controller) to fulfill the request.
Verification & Timelines
We process verifiable requests without undue delay and within timeframes required by applicable law. If we need more time due to request complexity or system constraints, we will let you know.
Where we act as processor, timelines may depend on the merchant’s verification and instructions.
